The HIA Victorian Cost Plus contract (Pack of 2) is used for residential constructions works on a cost plus basis, not a lump sum ‘fixed price’. Costs are totalled and a percentage or fixed sum added for administration, supervision and profit.

The contract also comes with a Consumer Building Guide fact sheet, which all builders and tradespeople must provide to their client before entering into a contract for residential building work costing more than $5000.
